Description

We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide home visits in the West Valley, AZ area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience. Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week? This position is available now and we will contact all candidates quickly. We will respect your privacy and your inquiry will be kept confidential. Job Requirements: Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist. 1 year of experience is required. Must have a minimum of availability to provide 6 patient visits per week.

Responsibilities
