THE POSITION: We are hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to join multiple IRG clinic locations. These positions include access to fellowship-trained orthopedic mentors, structured early-career support, and exposure to a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. SUMMARY OF DUTIES: As a new grad Physical Therapist, you will: * Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans * Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise * Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed * Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance your clinical skills * Educate patients and families on recovery and long-term wellness * Uphold IRG’s standards for patient-centered care and professional excellence QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: * Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program. * Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. * CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: * Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy. * Desire to grow into specialty certifications or advanced practice. PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS: * Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients, including athletes. * Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs. * Ability to provide your own transportation to and from the IRG clinic.
