These positions include access to fellowship-trained orthopedic mentors, structured early-career support, and exposure to a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. This is a rare opportunity to be coached directly by some of the region’s most skilled orthopedic therapists.    We offer enhanced compensation, AI documentation assistance, a patient-centered care model, flexible scheduling, and extensive mentorship with clear growth pathways—including sports specialization.  If you’re looking for a workplace where you can work with athletes, expand your sports clinical skills, and grow professionally, IRG is the place.    SUMMARY OF DUTIES: As a new grad Physical Therapist, you will:  * Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans  * Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise  * Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed  * Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance your clinical skills  * Educate patients and families on recovery and long-term wellness  * Uphold IRG’s standards for patient-centered care and professional excellence   QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: * Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.  * Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.  * CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.  Preferred:  * Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy. * Desire to grow into specialty certifications or advanced practice.     PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS: * Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients, including athletes.  * Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs.  * Ability to provide your own transportation to and from the IRG clinic.    PAY & BENEFITS: * Base Compensation: $86,500–$93,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications.  * Enhanced Compensation Program: Earn up to an additional 20% of base salary based on client care.    * Additional Benefits (based on eligibility):  * Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick, Personal)  * Continuing Education Allocation  * Student Loan Repayment Program  * 401(k) with employer match  * Medical, Dental & Vision Plans  * HSA & FSA options  * Long-Term Disability  * Life and AD&D Insurance     JOIN OUR TEAM  Join a community of clinicians who are passionate about sports, movement, recovery, and helping patients get back to doing what they love.
