Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to: * Treat general orthopedic/spine patients of all ages and guide patients through appropriate individualized rehabilitation programs to meet the goals and objectives of their plan of care. * Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to patients. * Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care. * Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice and educate others * Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
