Physical Therapist in PT Synergy Campus Unit at Queen of the Valley Medical Center Hospital. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts. Interventions include assessment, setting functional goals, treatment planning/implementation, education, and communication to address the needs of the patient/client and caregivers.
