Upper Valley Medical Center Physical Therapist Full-Time: Outpatient Enjoy 45-minute one-on-one follow-up appointments, and 1 hour initial assessments The Physical Therapist plays a key role on the interdisciplinary care team—assessing patient needs, developing care plans and goals, delivering treatment, and providing education and support to patients and families. This role also contributes to care coordination, staff and cost management, and professional practice initiatives, while ensuring excellent customer service and departmental effectiveness. Education Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Licensure/Certification/Registration Current Physical Therapy license in State of Ohio. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience; new graduates welcomed! Preferred experience: 1-3 years of job-related work experience Knowledge/Skills Able to multi-task with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Dependable, flexible and adaptable to change. Teamwork oriented. Display tact, diplomacy, and professionalism. Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Basic computer knowledge and skills.
