Description $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (and based on experience in that range) Full-Time Physical Therapist Hours: 40 hours per week Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy Program. This role focuses on evaluating and treating pediatric clients while collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients Document evaluations, progress notes, billing, and treatment plans using EMR systems Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices Establish and achieve client goals outlined in the Plan of Care Manage assigned caseload efficiently and supervise PTA(s) Coordinate care with school staff, early intervention programs, case managers, parents/guardians, and clinical directors Provide client and family education Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida Medicaid and National Provider Number preferred Previous pediatric experience preferred Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Proficiency with basic computer applications and EMR systems Flexibility and commitment to self-development Integrity, tact, and sound judgment Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required to drive for program related business Easterseals Florida has been rated a Great Place to Work (2020 - 2025) by our employees!
