PRN Job Details: - Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies - Assess residents’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability - Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care - Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Skills and Qualifications: - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant - Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts - Reliable and professional with a commitment to quality care At HTS, we foster a supportive and dynamic work environment that values flexibility and work-life balance.
