Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned. This position evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance and promote injury prevention. The Physical Therapist performs documentation and quality improvement as outlined in departmental policies and procedures. New Competitive Rates Registry (PRN) Therapy employees opportunity to receive higher payrate for all hours worked, if they commit to work more weekend shifts.
