Description HTS is now seeking Physical Therapists to join the therapy teams at outstanding senior living facilities located in Columbus and Franklin, IN. The primary role of the Physical Therapist will be to conduct evaluations, progress notes, recertifications and discharges on an as-needed, PRN basis. The facilities are beautiful continuing care retirement communities with a diverse caseloads, varying levels of skilled with Med A/return to home population. PRN with HTS is very flexible: work only when your availability perfectly aligns with our staffing needs. Availability for both facilities is not required. New Grads are welcome to join the PRN team! Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana licensure, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of a national licensure exam.
