Description Physical Therapist (PRN) – Senior Living Communities HTS is currently seeking dedicated and flexible Physical Therapists to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis at our partner senior living communities located in Linton, Odon, and Freelandville. This role offers the opportunity to work according to your availability, providing essential therapy services to our residents while maintaining a flexible schedule. Candidates are not required to work at all three locations, and the position is ideal for professionals seeking supplemental work to fit their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress notes, recertifications, and discharges as needed. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement effective, individualized therapy plans. - Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery outcomes. - Adapt therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of senior residents, promoting mobility and independence. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Skills and Qualifications: - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. - Proven experience in outpatient or senior care settings preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and residents. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with availability to serve at multiple locations as needed. - Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
