Description Physical Therapist (PRN) – Continuing Care Retirement Community Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team on a PRN basis at a highly rated continuing care retirement community located in Cincinnati, Ohio (near Springdale area). Our facility offers a comprehensive range of care services, including independent living, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation. This flexible position is ideal for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a work schedule that fits their lifestyle. Job Details: - Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. - Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Skills and Qualifications: - Valid Ohio state licensure as a Physical Therapist - Proven experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to work some weekday hours, with availability to accommodate various needs. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Compassionate approach to resident care and a commitment to improving quality of life. Requirements Applicants must have an active Ohio Physical Therapist or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license.
