Summary:   Are you passionate about outpatient orthopedics but looking to create a little more margin in your life for other pursuits?  Our PRN position in Fort Collins could be the role for you.  We utilize a sports medicine model to treat our industrial athletes, and this beautiful clinic is the North Star of our market.  We are seeking a committed physical therapist to partner patient care with our current Center Therapy Director to help people return to work and their lives. Hours are conveniently 8am to 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday Hourly Pay range: $70.00-$71.00/hour Essential Duties:   * Patient care will include evaluations and assessments as per the State Physical Therapy Practice Act, determining a plan of care, supervising ancillary staff, and medical charting.  * Lift/fit testing will include on-site essential job function assessments and the development and supervision of an objective and unbiased test of a person’s ability to safely complete those tasks with proper mechanics.    * Administrative responsibilities will include patient and provider scheduling, copying, faxing, typing/computer use, phone work, and referral management.  * Medical record management will include insuring confidentiality under HIPAA law, insurance authorizations, and filing.    * Office maintenance and cleaning will include table surface disinfecting, exercise and modality equipment care, and supply inventory and stocking.       Education and/or Experience Requirements:   * Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.  * Current State PT license  * Current CPR documentation 
Responsibilities
Essential duties involve providing comprehensive patient care, including evaluations, developing care plans, supervising ancillary staff, and performing medical charting within a sports medicine model for industrial athletes. Responsibilities also extend to conducting lift/fit testing, managing administrative tasks like scheduling and referral management, and maintaining medical records and office cleanliness.
