Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist-Outpatient `Fort Worth-Lake Worth $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience Responsibilities BSW Lake Worth is looking for full time employee to work at Lake Worth location.The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, good manual skills, eager to contribute to program development especially in sports and orthopedics. We provide therapy to active adults with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, balance diagnosis, Revital, vestibular, sports injuries, and work injuries. The Lockheed onsite clinic works only with work injured Lockheed employees. Float schedule between the clinics will vary depending on volume. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. Responsibilities
