We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, balance, wound care, and many more. We provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as career advancement with our growing organization! We have PRN and Part-Time schedules available as well! Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
