Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state. Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, home health experience strongly preferred. Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
