Job Title:  Physical Therapist  Job Type:  Fulltime, Non-Exempt Location: Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Baystate Noble Hospital is a rural community hospital with an average daily census of 40–50 patients. Our rehab professionals offer individualized treatment programs for patients 18 years and older, caring for a variety of situations.    Baystate Noble Hospital is a 65-bed acute care community hospital located in Westfield, Massachusetts. As part of the Baystate Health network, we provide access to world-class physicians, advanced treatments, cutting-edge diagnostics, and the latest medical technology. Our inpatient rehabilitation program supports patients recovering from life-altering injuries or illnesses, offering 24/7 nursing care and continuous support. We treat a wide range of conditions, including concussions, lymphedema, orthopedic and sports injuries, lower back and neck pain, and neuromuscular disorders. Our comprehensive therapy services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help patients regain function and independence.   How you’ll contribute  The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and implementing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs. The therapist conducts comprehensive assessments, establishes appropriate goals, and develops personalized interventions to restore function, reduce pain, prevent disability, and promote mobility. Treatments may include therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and the use of physical agents and assistive devices. The Physical Therapist educates patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation strategies, while also supervising and delegating tasks to physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
