You will never be asked to float to San Francisco or the East Bay. Financial Package We believe top clinicians deserve top-tier pay. Base Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Based on experience) Performance Bonus: Earn an additional 25% of your salary based on quality metrics.
