Description Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility) Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time/PRN considered) About the role Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) and/or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehab services in a skilled nursing setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who value patient-centered care, strong clinical outcomes, and teamwork with nursing and the interdisciplinary team.
