You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with APTA standards and state licensure. Requirements Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Supervise PTAs and support care delivery Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families Document care, progress, and billing accurately Participate in care planning and discharge processes Provide staff education and training Recommend equipment and support patient outcomes What You Bring Strong communication and relationship-building skills Clinical judgment and problem-solving ability Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
