You will work directly with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities. Requirements Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program Current Physical Therapist / PT state license within the state of practice Current CPR certification Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Responsibilities
