Offering customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. How you’ll contribute * Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. * Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. * Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. * Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. * Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. * Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct necessary assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct patient care aimed at restoring strength, mobility, and overall function.
