Description Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent opportunity in Pensacola, Florida. The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete therapeutic process for an assigned patient population in coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient outcomes across the continuum of care. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Perform patient evaluations and deliver treatment interventions within scope of practice and professional standards. • Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status and contribute to individualized plans of care. • Provide skilled therapeutic care aligned with physician treatment plans. • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, exercises, and therapeutic devices. • Support continuity of care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration. • Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and handoffs. Schedule • Day shifts with rotating weekends • Shift details discussed during the interview process Compensation Hourly Pay Range (Based on Years of Experience) • Less than 1 year: $35.77/hour • 1 year: $37.56/hour • 2–3 years: $39.35/hour • 4–5 years: $41.13/hour • 6–7 years: $42.92/hour • 9–10 years: $44.71/hour • 16+ years: $49.18/hour Additional Information • Sign-on bonus: $10,000 • Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis Requirements • Active Physical Therapist license for the position being applied for. • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. • New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date. • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient education skills. Responsibilities
