SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS (NON-EXEMPT POSITIONS):

• Primarily seeking weekend rotation-Minimum 2 weekends/ month, Holiday, 1-2 weekday coverage for inpatient Acute Care
• Days
• Per Diem

• Assessing the physical therapy needs of the patient .
• Preparing the rehabilitation plan of care based on the assessment that integrates goals
• Treatment, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Providing rehabilitation service to the patient as specified in the rehabilitation plan of care.
• Reassessing the patient s response to services provided and revising the rehabilitation plan of care as needed.
• Documents care given within the Daily Treatment Note in EMR to support the delivery of therapy services.
• Incorporates an understanding of economic factors in the delivery of services and maintains compliance with productivity standards of the department as specified in the staffing plan.
