Open for 4 day work schedule! A well-established orthopedic practice in Connecticut is expanding its therapy team and seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for its Meriden location. Title: Physical Therapist Location: Meriden, CT Salary + Benefits: $45 to $65/hour (approximately $93,600–$135,200 annually) + $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, comprehensive benefits package, PTO, 401(k), and more. Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist: • Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse caseload. • Maintain a schedule of approximately 14 patients per day within an 8-hour timeframe. • Coordinate patient care with physicians, assistants, and support staff. • Utilize evidence-based practice to create personalized treatment plans. • Document all patient interactions in accordance with standards and compliance guidelines. • Contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced clinic while ensuring top-tier patient outcomes. • Work within a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including one later shift. Requirements of the Physical Therapist: • Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain). • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. • Strong interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. • Ability to thrive in a busy outpatient environment. • Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and communication skills. • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.
