Physical Therapist - Full-Time Location: Margate, FL Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends) Compensation Hourly Rate: Min: $36.53/hr Mid: $45.63/hr Max: $53.20/hr (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis Job Summary The Physical Therapist will manage the complete therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients. This includes performing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing or directing physical therapy to promote optimal patient outcomes. The PT collaborates closely with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving functional status Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and assistive devices Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions Monitor and prioritize caseload, ensuring effective patient care delivery Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in Florida Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required (must be obtained within 30 days of hire) Highlights This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist seeking to join a high-performing healthcare team.
