Description
Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - South Salem is an outpatient clinic looking for a Physical Therapist to join our innovative team. As a PT-owned organization, we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means… Focused 1:1 patient care Realistic productivity goals AI-supported charting to help shift more time back to patient interaction Strong con-ed support Room to deepen or expand specialty areas. Profit sharing About the South Salem Clinic... Clinic Environment - This clinic is built for clinicians who want room to move - literally and figuratively. Two dedicated gyms and 10 private treatment rooms give you the space to work the way you want, equipped with squat racks, cable machines, mirror stations, cardio, a shuttle balance, and a push sled. Whether you're rehabbing a post-op shoulder or getting a young athlete back on the field, the environment is set up to match the intensity of your patients' goals. Growth & Learning - The clinical depth here is real. Two clinicians have completed residency training, one holds a fellowship, and the clinic leader has pursued OCS-level preparation, creating a built-in mentorship culture that's hard to replicate. New clinicians are actively supported in developing a specialty niche, and many have gone on to leadership and mentorship roles. The team takes on multiple students each year, with CI opportunities available for those who want to give back to the profession. If you want to grow here, the infrastructure and the people are already in place. Patient Population - The caseload spans all ages across a broad orthopedic mix. Caseloads can flex toward your interests or areas you want to develop - whether that's a sport-specific niche, a particular population, or something the clinic is actively looking to grow. Career Path to Leadership We believe in investing in our employees and their future. If you are interested in eventually running your own clinic.
