Description Job Title: Physical Therapist Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities, helping them improve their mobility and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Requirements What you'll need: Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy. Licensed in State of Texas. On the job training to new hires, orthopaedic therapy experience required. Manual therapy skills, decision making, leadership and good communication skills, both orally and written required.. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to develop and maintain effective relationships. Must be able to assist patients on tables and equipment.. Other duties to be assigned as necessary and may vary at times, as needed by your immediate supervisor or as directed by the company. Requires prolonged sitting, stretching, and some bending. Requires eye hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopies, telephone, and other equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate information to patients and team members. Normal but fast-paced work environment.
