Part-Time Saturday and Sunday Part- Time Saturday, Sunday, and either Friday or Monday Full-Time Friday - Monday Position Summary: This position is focused on completing Admissions Provides professional physical therapy services to the organization’s clients as prescribed by the physician, and in compliance with the state’s professional practice act for physical therapy, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, and the organization’s policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: • Possession of a degree, which includes an internship from a baccalaureate/university program in physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. • Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of practice. • Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as a physical therapist or have a preceptor for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. • Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
