Capability to lift and carry children or therapy equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as needed. Efficient mobility, including the ability to walk, run, and move independently to ensure effective engagement in therapeutic activities. Adequate motor skills for activities such as handwriting, crafting, and using therapy tools. Stamina to maintain active engagement in a high-energy, child-focused environment throughout the workday. Professional Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree, Master’s, or Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapy license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one). Experience or interest in pediatric therapy, including working with conditions such as autism, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team. Ability to document effectively and efficiently using electronic systems provided by CTC. Willingness to participate in company events, team-building activities, and ongoing professional development.
