QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
• Hands-on experience in a wellness or fitness environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, professional, and a strong team player
• Willingness to complete our Flexologist™ Training Program (70+ hours including online coursework and in-person training)

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 and 50 minutes)
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout each session
• Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and benefits
• Assist with new member tours, sales, and onboarding
• Attend staff meetings and training events
• Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
• Promote the studio and build client engagement via social media
