We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. We are looking for individuals that have reliable transportation and can work in our Menifee location. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a fast paced outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic.
Duties:
- Assist physical therapists with patient oversight
- Prepare treatment areas for patients
- Clean and maintain equipment and treatment areas
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions
- Document patient progress
Skills:
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols
