Description Will work under the supervision of a physical therapist to help patient regain mobility and manage pain. Job duties include implementing treatment plans by guiding patients through exercises, using techniques like massage and stretching and educating both the patient and their families on care and home exercises. PTA's also observe and document patient progress and prepare equipment. Requirements Must have an associate degree from an accredited PTA program, a state license obtained by passing the National Physical Therapy Exam. Must come to work on time and be able to manage your time wisely and be very nice and patient to the residents
