OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in outpatient therapy, pediatrics, geriatrics, or skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
  • Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients returning home or moving to another care setting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
