GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides and directs Physical Therapy services to patients including screening, assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation. Functions under physicians’ orders and adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, community policies and procedures and state regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist. Valid state license in practicing state. Previous physical therapy experience preferred. Responsibilities

This role involves providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, which includes screening, assessment, treatment, and the planning and implementation of therapy programs. The assistant must function under physician's orders and adhere to all applicable physical therapy principles, community policies, and state regulations.
