  UINTAH BASIN REHABILITATION AND SENIOR VILLA IN ROOSEVELT, UT IS HIRING A DEDICATED PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!  Part Time   The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses and will be able to work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist and the rest of our team of healthcare professionals.   Full-time are eligible for: * 401K * Medical, Dental & Vision * FSA & Dependent Care FSA * Life Insurance * AD&D, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability * Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity * Legal Benefits, Identity Theft Protection * Pet Insurance and Auto/Home Insurance.   Part-time are eligible for all of the above except Medical.
