UINTAH BASIN REHABILITATION AND SENIOR VILLA IN ROOSEVELT, UT IS HIRING A DEDICATED PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM! Part Time The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses and will be able to work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist and the rest of our team of healthcare professionals. Full-time are eligible for: * 401K * Medical, Dental & Vision * FSA & Dependent Care FSA * Life Insurance * AD&D, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability * Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity * Legal Benefits, Identity Theft Protection * Pet Insurance and Auto/Home Insurance. Part-time are eligible for all of the above except Medical. On Call are not eligible for any of the above except 401k **Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.** RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans for patients * Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed * Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain * Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed * Maintain a clean and organized treatment area QUALIFICATIONS * Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting * Current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to lift and move patients as needed If you are a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
