Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Coursework/Training: May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience. Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
