Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.   How you’ll contribute * Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function. * Implement treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. * Seeks consultation as necessary. * Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan.  * Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist. * Documents services provided and patient response/progress. * Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. * Assists with patient discharge planning. Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients recover and maintain physical function.
