Provides treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and muscular disorders in accordance with treatment plan established by Physical Therapist to provide efficient, effective physical therapy to referred geriatric participants. Utilizes artificial aids such as prosthetic devices, therapeutic exercise techniques, emotional support and educational training to restore mobility and function to participants, reduce pain, and promote healing. Provides home care coordination. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapist Association. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
