Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to keep recovery moving forward. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies that translate into daily life. Responsibilities

The Physical Therapy Assistant will provide in-home physical therapy treatments under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed. Responsibilities also include educating patients and caregivers on exercises and documenting treatments clearly and efficiently in the EMR system.
