The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) delivers therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s Degree Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License Or
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant Interim Permit Or
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant Temporary License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year Experience as a PTA in adult rehabilitation
