Duties and Responsibilities: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

  • Apply selected forms of treatment or modalities under the direction of the physical therapist.
  • Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop and implement recovery programs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Skills: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Current COTA certification in the state of Wisconsin
  • Professional enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Shows initiative in daily work
