Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PT Clinical Assistant to join our active, patient-focused clinic. This role is ideal for:

• College students majoring in exercise science, kinesiology, or other healthcare-related fields
• Graduate students seeking hands-on clinical experience while in school
• Post-graduate individuals looking to assist patients and support a physical therapist in providing high-quality care
• Personal trainers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with functional exercises under the guidance of a physical therapist
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including laundry and disinfecting tables/equipment after each use
• Support front desk operations: scheduling, phone assistance, and documentation
• Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers
• Provide general clinic support as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $15–$20 (based on experience)

Qualifications:

• College coursework or degree in a healthcare-related field preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with an active patient population
