JOB HIGHLIGHTS Consistent schedule – no weekends Employer Supported Medical Benefits Eligible – Health, Dental and Vision Benefits available Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Matching Comprehensive onboarding and training Team environment MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Meet or exceet expectations in providing extreme customer service to our patients and team members Meet or exceed goals for all assigned productivity metrics Promptly answer all calls, voicemails, and emails Assists with clinic therapy cancellation rate by working to reschedule patients Onboard all new therapy patients ensuring proper completion of patient intake paperwork and review of insurance benefits information Collect and post payments collected from daily therapy encounters and patient balances Record cash deposits received and take to the bank in a timely manner for patient account reconciliation Monitor and update patient insurance information through collaboration and communication with billing and pre-certification departments to ensure proper approval of visits and collection of payments Follow processes related to patient chart maintenance including input of accurate case information, collection of paperwork and scanning of completed documentation Send and track Plan of Care documentation to referring providers for signature Maintain scans on N:Drive for assigned clinic, including saving discharged charts to EMR system Create purchase orders for clinic supplies and pro-shop inventory as directed Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional workspace as assigned location Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and compliance guidelines established by the practice Qualifications SKILL, TRAIT, AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS High School diploma is required Past job experience working in a customer service role and/or medical office setting is preferred Knowledge of billing issues including the precertification process, credentialing, co-pays, co-insurance, and in and out-of-network considerations is preferred.
