PHYSICAL THERAPIST (HOME HEALTH) 📍 Suisun City, CA 💰 $200 per visit POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team serving patients in Suisun City. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity offering approximately 2–3 visits per week, ideal for a clinician who values autonomy and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
