OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. Your primary focus will be on supporting patient care and ensuring a positive experience within our clinic. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a foundational knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is preferred.
• Experience in patient care or service within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• A compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.

• Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.
• Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks, ensuring proper techniques are used.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document patient progress and report any concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
