Performs treatment procedures predetermined by the therapist and in accordance with the training of the technician. Should be knowledgeable about and proficient in the use of: hot packs, ice packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, laser, pelvic and cervical traction, gait training, setting up of exercise and treatment equipment, proper transfer of patients, transportation of patients, and isolation procedures. This list is not all inclusive.
Specialists in Rehabilitation Medicine is a busy and growing physical medicine and rehabilitation practice. Our therapy team provides excellent rehabilitation care to our patients and external referral sources. We are seeking candidates willing to learn the skills to be a successful physical therapy technician or experienced physical therapy technicians who are interested in growing their skills.
Candidates must have reliable transportation. We have 3 locations however staff are not required to work all locations.
