We are looking for: The Physician Recruiter plays a key role in CLS Health’s continued expansion, driving provider growth, supporting new service lines, and strengthening our regional presence. This hybrid role blends recruitment, relationship-building, and business development, offering direct access to leadership and growth initiatives. You’ll identify and recruit physicians across multiple specialties, build relationships with hospital systems, and help shape CLS Health’s strategic expansion. Key Responsibilities: Drive CLS Health’s strategic expansion by recruiting physicians and supporting key business development initiatives. Build and manage a physician pipeline; develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with market growth priorities and service line needs. Lead all stages of recruitment — sourcing, pitching, relationship-building, and coordinating on-site visits. Partner with HR, Legal, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless physician integration into CLS Health. Maintain strong communication and partnerships with prospective providers and healthcare groups. Analyze market data and specialty demand to inform recruitment and expansion strategy. Provide regular status updates and growth metrics to leadership. Support leadership with special projects and initiatives that shape CLS Health’s long-term growth and strategy. Represent CLS Health at health fairs, networking events, and internal company initiatives. Travel to CLS clinics and other locations as needed (mileage and expenses reimbursed). Proven experience in physician recruitment, healthcare business development, or similar roles. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable pitching and negotiating. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/recruitment platforms. Willingness to travel locally as needed (expenses reimbursed).
