Description:
This leadership role within the Department of Pediatrics is responsible for managing physician contracts and remuneration processes in a dynamic and high-volume clinical environment. With a strong focus on financial stewardship, the Leader ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all aspects of contract administration and payment workflows. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion. Advanced financial management skills - including budgeting, HR and payroll systems, and data analysis - are essential to support strategic planning, reporting, and continuous improvement. The Leader manages a small team using a coach-like approach that fosters growth, accountability, and collaboration. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing competing priorities under pressure and on time, and guiding administrative teams on vendor setup, payment procedures, and database use.
