The Opportunity Up to $150k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiologists. Current IN state license is a plus. Primarily 10- and 24-hour shifts. One weekend call per month; C2 is via beeper. TEE Certification required for subspecialty cases. The Practice St. Joseph Regional Medical Center – Mishawaka, Indiana A 254-bed acute care hospital with a 38-bed mother-baby unit including 8 labor beds. 12-bed Level III NICU and a 37-bed Level III ER. 12 OR’s including 2 OB rooms. Between 5,000-10,000 surgery cases, over 1,000 OB cases, and 200 cardiac cases per year. General case mix at a community hospital; CV covered by CV MD specialists. U.S. News & World Report ranked among best for 2022-2023 as High Performing Hospital for COPD, Hope Replacement, Kidney Failure, Knee Replacement, and Stroke. Responsibilities

The physician will provide general anesthesiology services primarily through 10- and 24-hour shifts at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, Indiana. Responsibilities include managing a general case mix, participating in call rotation, and potentially performing subspecialty cases requiring TEE certification.
